Why did I not receive a bill this month?

  • You should contact the company and ask the question. Not receiving the actual bill isn't a valid reason to not pay.

  • Assuming this is a credit card statement. Many organizations do not send a statement if you have a zero balance and no activity during the reporting period. If this isn't the case check the mail and call your bank.

    A stolen credit card statement is a major problem.
