im learning to do a wheelie in 2nd gear. should i pop the clutch? its a 01 rm125 with many mods. pop the clutchs or just give it full throtelejust lotsa throttle while you give it a tug on the bars... Shouldn't need to pop clutch on a 125, just blurp the throttle, shift weight back, jerk a little on bars and it will come right up. Pop the clutch if your having difficulty getting it up. Just be careful not too much throttle.Use the the clutch when shift from 1. Roll on the throttle and yank the bars in gears.
If the Rollin doesn't get it6 up then revert to the clutch. You can probably get it up there by using just power, but "clutching up" a wheelie makes if more control able and easier to get out of it if you find it coming up too quick. It's harder on the clutch, but it makes for a better wheelie.
There is a great series of wheelie lessons on youtube by a guy who really knows what he's doing. yesYeah if its a modded 125 there shouldnt be any need for you to use the clutch, just be careful when you use the throttle that your already leaning back and ready for it when it comes up. #If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
