If used continually over a long period of time, IT WILL SCRATCH YOUR TEETH, making tiny abrasions that will in time wear the enamel away and cause permanent damage to your teeth. So be careful and use it sparingly or get some Crest with baking soda, it will have the right amount in it, and ultimately cause less damage. Everyones teeth react differently tho the "bleaching". They are worth a try.
