.Be prepared for confusion and noise. Donâ ™t let them make you rush your answer or feel pressured.
.If possible, learn who the panelists are ahead of time. Find out their names, who is in charge, and who has the most clout.
.If possible, determine why a group interview is being used. Is merely convenience, to create stress, or to save the interviewer time and money? This information may indicate how to focus your answers.
.Appear confident and in control. Keep a relaxed posture, including open body with chin down, direct eye contact, appropriate dress, and natural gestures to convey a positive attitude.
.Make your answers direct, brief, honest, and sincere.
