I live in CA. Got 3 Speeding tickets in 4 months. first one was 92 mph in 65. second one 80 mph in 65. third 90 mph in 65. I have not gone to traffic school for any of them. Is my license going to get revoked?The best thing to do is to contact the courts. They are your direct contact for all the laws and regulations for your ticket. If you do decide to take online driving schools make sure to also get permission from the courts before taking a class. I just got done taking a great class with http://www.ticketrelief.com/ . It kept my insurance from going up and points going on my driverâ ™s license. depending on duration. But 3 in 4 months thats definitely suspension. Talk to a lawyer. If your lucky they might send you a letter and warn you and then the 4th one would be suspension. But 3 is definitely suspension especially 4 months.
But its ok you can get a provisional which means you can go to school and work only.You're getting close. One more in the next 8 months and you will be classified as a negligent operator. Then you can kiss your driving privileges good bye for a while. Since two of them were for 25 MPH over the speed limit you may already be there if they were listed as 2 pointers. Why do you feel the need to drive so fast? You're clearly showing that you are irresponsible behind the wheel.
Review the point system. it's outlined on page 70 of your 2008 California Driver Handbook. I would hope so you seem to have no respect for the law.
