How do i make it to the next level?

  • i have been on level one for ever, i am kinda getting tired so what can i do to make it to the next level?


  • The points needed for level 2 is 250.
    Here is a list of what point are needed for each level
    Level 1 > 1-249
    Level 2 > 250-999
    Level 3 > 1,000-2,499
    Level 4 > 2,500-4,999
    Level 5 > 5,000-9,999
    Level 6 > 10,000-24,999
    Level 7 > 25,000+

    How you earn point.

    1 > Answering a question + 2 points.
    2 > Choosing best answer for your question + 3 points.
    3 > Voting best answer + 1 point.
    4 > Being picked as best answer + 10 points plus 1 point for every thumbs up to a maximum of 50.
    Logging in to yahoo answers each day + 1 point.

    How you get points deducted.

    1 > Ask a question - 5 points.
    2 > Receiving a violation - 10 points.
    3 > Deleting a answer - 2 points.
    4 > Losing a violation appeal - 10 points.


  • what u should do is answer all the question u can in one day
    and maybe u'll get best answer too so u'll be in level 2 in no time:] good luck

    Level two on Yahoo! Answers starts at two hundred and fifty points, so only another 22 points to go. Remember that asking questions is a no-no if you want to earn points as they cost you five points, while answering questions and earning best answers earn you two and ten points respectively.

    Answer as many questions as you can each day up to your daily limit and you should be there in no time.

  • You keep answering, voting for undecided questions (3rd tab in category lobby.)

    You'll be level 2 soon.


  • don't ask questions for awhile they take away points. answer as many as you can a day, before you know it you will be getting 10 pts for best answer and you will be on your way


  • If you push yourself to the limit everyday in voting (20) and answers (20), you can level up in three days


  • The levels are based on your points. the more points you have the higher the level.


  • level 2 starts at 250 points - you have 223. Answer 14 questions or vote for best answers 27 times & BAM! you're a level 2.

    All levels can pick a best answer to questions they ask and can vote for best answer on others' undecided questions. Once you hit level 2 & get the ability to 'rate', the only difference in the levels is the daily limits on questions, answers, comments, votes, etc.

    Levels 2 and up can 'rate' the answers of other Y!A users. Rating = giving Thumbs Up & Down to express your opinion of other peoples' answers. No points are involved (unless a best answer has TUs, then they get 1 point for each TU up to 50) in rating, and thumbs do not determine the Best Answer selection.

    Hints:

    answer your limit of questions each day (2 points each)
    get an answer selected as best answer (10 points each)
    pick a best answer for your question (3 points)
    vote your limit of unresolved questions each day (1 point each)
    you also get a point a day for signing in

    each question costs 5 points, so ask sparingly

  • you have to get to 250, be glad thats all it is..

    i need another 1,480 pts to get to next lvl
